- Our mini-round bale of Pine Straw weighs approx 50 lbs., and over 3 times larger than our old square bales.
- They cover about 180 sq. ft. at a depth of about 2 to 3 inches. The cost of a bale of pine straw averages around $0.30 per sq. ft.
- Hardwood bark mulch is predominantly sold in 2 cubic feet bags, and retails for $3.00 to $5.00 per bag. One bag of hardwood mulch covers between 8 and 12 sq. ft. at a depth of about 2 to 3 inches at a cost averaging $0.40 per sq. ft.
